The Wendlebury village minibus is owned by the Village Club, and is offered for use to other local villages/sporting clubs, local WI associations, church groups, etc.
We offer this sixteen seater vehicle with (where available) or without driver. It is delivered in a condition which includes full fuels (diesel & Ad-Blue), windscreen washer fluid, as well as being valeted.
Once your booking is confirmed, then the vehicle will be delivered on your hire start date, or the day previous.

Terms of Hire
We want you to meet our insurance criteria and not receive any charges at the end of your rental – please read these basic conditions of hire. They should help you avoid any charges or problems when you collect.
Please read this prior to confirming your booking to check you are eligible to hire. All bookings are non-refundable (but if you need to change your dates we will do our best to accommodate or hold as a credit)
- All Drivers Must:
- Be between the ages of 25 and 75.
- Have held a full licence for 2 years or more (maximum six points on license).
- Have a D1 category on your licence to drive any vehicle with more than 8 passenger seats.
- Provide us with a driver check code on the day prior to rental (see: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence for more information). If you have no internet connection, then we will assist with checking your licence. Your National Insurance number will be required together with your driving licence.
- Be present at time of hire.
- Be prepared to leave a minimum £50 deposit. This will be redeemed at the end of your hire.
- Do not take the vehicle outside of the UK – if you are planning on doing this we can provide a quote.
- Contact us BEFORE your hire period ends if you wish to extend your rental (you may become uninsured & charges may apply).
- Call our 24/7 support number if you have a breakdown, warning light or accident immediately. Costs may be applicable for some items, such as tyres/punctures.
- Return the vehicle in a reasonable condition (valeting charges may apply) – smoking & animals are not permitted.
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel as it had when your hire started (charges will apply if fuel is required).
- Unlimited mileage is included with each hire.
- Liability of all fines will be passed onto the driver. Our admin fee is £30+ vat for all penalty charges or traffic / parking offences / Dart charges.
- By hiring from us you agree to your data being shared with third parties such as the Police, DVLA, Insurers.
- Delivery & collection will be arranged to suit hirer. For Wendlebury residents, the vehicle will be left at the village hall and keys delivered to the hirer. Collection of keys will be arranged.
- You agree to pay on demand your insurance excess in the event of damage to your rental vehicle. Admin fees apply on damage & insurance claims. You also authorise us to charge your card for any costs relating to your use of the rental vehicle.

Availability
Empty dates are available, events in blue show hired events and orange show when hiring is unavailable due to maintenance to the minibus.
